The aim of this survey is to understand providers’ views and experiences of the reformed Functional Skills qualifications (FSQs) in English and maths.
The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

This survey is for students who have taken at least one assessment in Functional Skills English or maths since August 2021.
