VTQ Awarding Organisation (AO) and End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) Approaches to Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration
Overview
You may be aware that we recently proposed a new data collection for Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration. We asked a sample of Awarding Organisations for their comments on the proposal. The feedback showed a variety of different approaches being used and inconsistencies in how Awarding Organisations collect this data. The data collection has been postponed.
We wish to understand more about how VTQ Awarding Organisations (AOs) and End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs) record and process applications for, and decisions about, Reasonable Adjustments and Special Consideration. We are asking for this information through a survey and would like you to tell us about your approach. We are looking for information about your policies and data which will inform our ongoing regulatory work.
The survey will be available until Friday 15th October. You are not required to provide detail about yourself or the name of your organisation if you do not wish to. Responses will be kept confidential and will be used to understand approaches and practices within VTQ AOs and EPAOs.
Please respond directly through the portal message thread if you are unable to access or submit the information required or have any queries.
