Overview

Ofqual is commencing work to redevelop the Register of Regulated Qualifications (the 'Register'). The Register is one of our most popular services, and we're gathering insights from users to inform the changes we make to the service. You can find more about the work in our recent Ofqual blog

This survey aims to understand how the Register is used by different audiences and views on how it could be enhanced. 

This survey is anonymous, though you are welcome to provide your name and contact details if you would like to hear about other opportunities to be involved in the Register project.

 How will any personal information be used?

As we are seeking the views of users of the Register of Regulated Qualifications, we do not require any personal data. We will not be collecting any sensitive data, known as special category data. We will process any personal data in accordance with data protection legislation. You can find details including information about rights available to you in our main privacy notice

However, you may decide to provide personal data to receive a copy of the survey response and/or to indicate your willingness to participate in further engagement with Ofqual on this particular topic. We will only process limited personal data for the purpose of contacting research participants.
